A site visit briefing at a Mandulis Energy project

Investors

Backed by people who came early

Angel and seed investors who backed the model before the first plant was generating.

Our investors

Who backs the work

Our first investors backed a thesis, not a track record. The operating pilot at Got Ngur exists because they did.

Where the money went

What early capital bought

Early investment funded the pilot that everything else is measured against.

An operating plant

A 112 kW hybrid gasification mini grid at Got Ngur, generating since 2022.

A registry pathway

A listed project record and a methodology route to issuance, rather than a proposal.

A repeatable model

The pipeline is the same plant again, on sites already identified.

Our project briefs set out the additionality case in full. A 2.5 MW hybrid mini grid of this complexity is not financially viable on electricity and fertiliser sales alone. Carbon removal revenue is a required third pillar of the income stream: without it, payback over a 20 year financing horizon is too long and risk-adjusted returns fall below what commercial investors will accept.
